Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN TO US RESIDENTS ONLY 18+.

  1. Sponsor: 

Momo Holdings, LLC, 168 Canal Street, Suite 300, New York, NY (“Momofuku” or “Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram.

Winner of any sweepstakes prize consisting of a restaurant meal must redeem prize at the applicable restaurant by August 1, 2025 or forfeit his/her right to receive prize.

  1. Eligibility.

The MOMOFUKU 20TH ANNIVERSARY SWEEPSTAKES (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to individual U.S. legal residents who are 18 years of age or older and who have an Instagram account as of the date of entry (an “Entrant”).

The Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law and subject to all federal, state, provincial and local laws.  The Sweepstakes is not open to employees or to immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren) of employees of Momo Holdings, LLC (“Sponsor”) or Momo Orchard Holdings, Inc. (“Momo Orchard”) (collectively referred to as the “Released Parties”).

  1. How to Enter.

The MOMOFUKU 20TH ANNIVERSARY SWEEPSTAKES consists of four distinct sweepstakes offered during the month of August (our anniversary month!). 

Each week’s sweepstakes will be announced on Instagram in a post published by the @momolongplay account, three of the four sweepstakes announcement posts will be announced in collaboration posts between @momolongplay and the Instagram accounts for Noodle Bar, Majordomo, and Momofuku Las Vegas (the “Participating Restaurants”).

During each sweepstakes Entry Period, you must: (1) follow the @momolongplay Instagram account (if you don’t already) as well as the corresponding Instagram accounts for the Participating Restaurants (except for the Momofuku At-Home Dinner Party Sweepstakes); (2) “like” the applicable sweepstakes announcement post on Instagram; (3) tag a friend in the comments of the post; and (4) comply with all requirements set forth in Section 4 (Additional Entry Requirements) (a “Qualifying Entry”).

You may only enter one entry per sweepstakes.  Entries may only be submitted by a single registered Instagram user; group submissions are not permissible. Use of computer programs, artificial intelligence, and/or other automated devices to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited. Normal internet access and Device usage charges imposed by your on-line service will apply.

 

  • Additional Entry Requirements.

ANY ENTRY INVOLVING ANY COMMENTS DEEMED INAPPROPRIATE OR UNSUITABLE, IN SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION, WILL BE DISQUALIFIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

* Comments must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, contain profanity, nudity, sexual content; hateful content of any kind; content that promotes violence or harm to another living creature; or any other offensive content (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion);

* Comments must not contain material that promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing) or promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous;

* Comments must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;

* Comments must not contain advertisements, personal solicitations or commercial solicitations; or promote any political agenda or party;

* Comments must not include any trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials, other than Sponsor’s related materials, or advertise or promote any brand or product owned by any entity other than Sponsor;

* Comments must be in keeping with Sponsors’ image and not contain any material that could reflect negatively on the name, reputation, or goodwill of Sponsors, its subsidiaries or affiliates; and

* Comments must not violate or encourage the violation of any law, rule or regulation.

 

  • Alternative Method of Entry.

You may also enter by printing your name, date of birth, and complete address on a 3” x 5” paper. Mail to: 168 Canal Street, Suite 300, NY, NY 10013 (a “Mail-In Entry”). Enter as often as you wish, but each entry must be mailed separately in a stamped envelope. Entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. All mail-in entries must be received by the end of each Entry Period.

  1. Entry Periods.

Qualifying Entries submitted for each sweepstakes during the time frames listed below (each, an “Entry Period”) will be entered into the sweepstakes:

Entry Period: August 5, 2024 at 5 p.m. EST – August 9, 2024 at 5 p.m. EST
Prize and ARV: Fried Chicken & Caviar Meal @ Noodle Bar East Village (171 1st Avenue, New York, NY 10003) Serves 2-4 people; includes two whole fried chickens served with Platinum Osetra Caviar, chive crepes, condiments and potato chips.
ARV: $600

Sweepstakes: Week 2 | Majordomo LA Restaurant Sweepstakes
Entry Period: August 12, 2024 at 5 p.m. EST – August 16, 2024 at 5 p.m. EST
Prize and ARV: Whole Plate Short Rib meal @ Majordomo (1725 Naud St., Los Angeles, CA 90012). Serves 5-6 people; includes ssam, condiments, beef and rice.
ARV: $235

Sweepstakes: Week 3 | Momofuku Las Vegas Restaurant Sweepstakes
Entry Period: August 19, 2024 at 5 p.m. EST – August 23, 2024 at 5 p.m. EST
Prize and ARV: Bo Ssäm meal @ Momofuku Las Vegas (3708 Las Vegas Blvd S, Level 2, Boulevard Tower, Las Vegas, NV 89109). Serves 4-6 people; includes slow-roasted pork shoulder, rice, and condiments.
ARV: $198

Sweepstakes: Week 4 | Momofuku At-Home Dinner Party with Dry Goods Sweepstakes
Entry Period: August 26, 2024 at 5 p.m. EST – August 30, 2024 at 5 p.m. EST
Prize and ARV: Home Cooking Essentials in Peach Tote Bag and a Half Bo Ssäm Dinner for 4-6 from Goldbelly. 
ARV: $230

 

  • Prizes & Drawing.

A random drawing will be conducted at the end of each Entry Period from all Qualifying Entries and Mail-In Entries selecting one (1) prize winner (a “Winner”) per sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. 

Potential winners will be notified by direct message (DM) on Instagram by Sponsor. Winner must reply to the winner notification from the Sponsor and provide a valid email address within thirty-six (36) hours, otherwise the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. Determinations made by Sponsors are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Rules, the potential winner(s) will be declared the Winners of the sweepstakes.

The Winner of the Week 4: Momofuku Dry Goods Sweepstakes will receive their prize by postal mail. All prizes consisting of meals listed above will be awarded in the form of a gift certificate redeemable at the restaurants listed in the table above. 

All costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, all federal, state, and local taxes, gratuity, transportation and parking, additional food and beverages, service charges and other miscellaneous travel expenses are the Winner’s sole responsibility. 

If, for whatever reason, a Winner and/or any of Winner’s guests are unable to travel to the applicable Restaurant, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to Winner and/or Winner’s guests and no alternate winner will be selected. Prizes may not be redeemable for cash. 

Sponsor and the applicable restaurant reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to remove or to deny entry to the Winner and/or his or her guests who engage in a non-sportmanslike or disruptive manner, or in behavior that annoys, abuses, threatens or harasses any other person at the restaurant. 

Winner assumes all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19 or any other communicable disease or illness, or a bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing communicable disease or illness incurred while redeeming a prize at a sweepstakes restaurant location, and voluntarily waives all claims and potential claims against Sponsor relating to such risks.

No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute one or more prizes with prize(s) of equal or greater value. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.  Limit one prize per family or household.

  1. General Rules. 

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other problems beyond the control of Sponsor and award prizes from among all Qualifying Entries received prior to cancellation. 

Sponsor will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an Entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to Entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings; or for Entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.   Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused including computer malfunction, by participation in this Sweepstakes or by use or redemption of any prize or by any related activities…

  1. Release and Jurisdiction. 

The Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois applicable to promotions fully carried out within Illinois.

By entering, Entrant agrees (for himself or herself and his or her heirs) to forever waive, release and hold harmless the Released Parties, including without limitation, their employees, officers, directors and agents from all claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes or the delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use the prizes (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, and damage to or destruction of property, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

  1. Privacy Notice. 

All personal information submitted in connection with this Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which is located at https://momofuku.com/privacy-policy/. By entering the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you have agreed to such Privacy Policy and you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes in accordance with such Privacy Policy. 

This Sweepstakes is in no way offered, sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media website, including but not limited to Instagram.
