WHOLE ROTISSERIE DUCK SSÄM

the whole rotisserie duck meal is one of ssäm bar’s large format meals. it feeds 3 to 6 people. the meal includes a whole rotisserie duck, chive pancakes, bibb lettuce, hoisin, duck scallion sauce, crispy shallots and a choice of two seasonal sides.  the duck, from crescent farms, long island is stuffed with a duck and pork sausage under the skin and then cooked on a rotisserie.

reservations

$140 for your entire party (think of it as one large dish, served family style), not including additional food and drinks ordered, tax and tip. most guests order additional food to get the whole ssäm bar experience.

we offer the rotisserie duck at lunch and dinner. the lunch rotisserie duck is offered every day at 12 and  12:30, and additionally, at 2pm monday through friday. the rotisserie duck dinner is offered at 6:30 every day and at 10pm sunday through friday.
