BO SSÄM

the bo ssäm (ssäm is korean for enclosed or wrapped) includes a whole slow cooked pork shoulder, a dozen oysters, white rice, bibb lettuce, ssäm sauce (korean bbq sauce), kimchi and ginger scallion sauce. guests are encouraged to make wraps with the pork and condiments or eat as they please. the pork shoulder from niman ranch is cured overnight, then slow roasted for 6-8 hours with a brown sugar and kosher salt rub.

reservations

$200 for your entire party (think of it as one large dish, served family style), not including additional food and drinks ordered, tax and tip. most guests order additional food to get the whole  ssäm  bar experience.

we offer the bo ssäm at lunch and dinner. the lunch bo ssäm is offered everyday at 12, 12:30, and 1pm. for dinner, on monday to thursday, slots are available at 5:30, 6, 6:30, and 10 pm. bo ssäm reservations are available on friday at 5:15, 5:30, 6, 11 and 11:30pm. on saturday, they are available at 5, 5:15, 5:45, 11, and 11:30pm. on sunday, they are available at 5:15, 6, 6:30, and 10 pm.
