How do I know what’s available?
Green check mark = available / “x” = taken / Closed sign = closed
When is the new day available online?
10:00 am eastern time.
I never received my confirmation, cancellation, or activation e-mail. what should i do?
Check your junk, spam, or bulk e-mail filters.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
From the login page, click the ‘reset password’ link and enter your email address. We’ll email you a link to reset your password.
How do I change my password?
From within the system, select “profile” in the header and click on the “change your password” button at the bottom of your profile.
I just made a new account, but when I try to login again, I am getting an error. what’s up?
Check your email for an account activation email (or select to resend it). Then, follow the directions in the email.
If the reservation time I would like is unavailable, can I add myself to a waitlist?
Unfortunately, we do not keep waitlists at this time. Check back for availability as cancelled reservations return to the reservation system.
I didn’t get the confirmation email.
Check your spam folder.
How do I cancel my reservation?
Click the cancellation link in your confirmation email. Please note the cancellation policy particular to your reservation type. This information is listed in your confirmation email.
How do I know my credit card information is safe?
All credit card storage and processing is handled by a secure third party, Stripe.
How do I manage my credit cards?
Once logged in, you can set default cards and/or delete cards from the profile link in the system
