Pork Buns have been on the menu since the day we opened in 2004. Since then, the recipe has remained the same: a simple combo of roasted pork belly, hoisin sauce, lightly pickled cucumbers, and scallions on a steamed bun. The pork belly is brined for 24 hours, then roasted. All you have to do is sear the sliced pork belly in a pan, then assemble your steamed buns.

Shiitake Buns have also been on the menu since the day we opened in 2004. A cult favorite, the shiitake buns are more than a vegetarian version of the classic pork buns. The shiitake mushrooms are sliced, soy-marinated, and packed with umami. All you have to do is saute them on your stove, then assemble your steamed buns.

A staple of Momofuku’s restaurant Majordōmo, the whole plate short rib is seasoned with Korean BBQ marinade, salt, and black pepper but it’s smoked whole for several hours. It is served with Napa cabbage kimchi, soy pickled daikon & jalapeño, horseradish, sauces, and a beef fried rice kit.

This Bo Ssäm kit features a half pork shoulder that’s been cured in salt and sugar and roasted for several hours, Korean chili sauce, ginger-scallion sauce, Napa cabbage kimchi, a fried rice sauce kit, cooked Jasmine rice, and Martin’s Potato Rolls.

The Ko Egg is one of the most iconic dishes from Momofuku Ko. This kit provides almost everything you need to create this classic at home: onion soubise, crisp fingerling potato chips, 1 oz of Osetra caviar, fresh herbs, smoked salt, and benimosu, a Japanese purple sweet potato vinegar. All you need to supply is eggs.

The Ko Foie is another iconic dish from Momofuku Ko. This kit provides everything you need to create this classic at home: pine nut brittle, riesling jelly, lychees, and your own cured foie gras torchon. All you need to do is freeze the foie gras and be ready to grate when it is ready.

The Duck Pie from Momofuku Ko is filled with duck meat from Upstate New York, Hudson Valley foie gras, Tubby cheese from Spring Brook Farm in Vermont, and vin jaune. It also features an umami-rich sauce made of black beans, butter, and Normandy cider vinegar.
