Momofuku Noodle Bar serves a constantly changing roster of noodles, steamed breads, soft serve, and daily dishes. We have two locations in New York: East Village, which opened in 2004, and Columbus Circle, which opened in 2018.

EAST VILLAGE

Ssäm Bar opened in New York’s East Village in 2006. Executive Chef Max Ng serves a diverse mix of dishes and large format meals that reflect his Singaporean background and Ssäm Bar’s New York roots.

Ssäm Bar accepts reservations for a la carte dining for lunch, brunch, and dinner, as well as reservations of up to 10 people for our bo ssäm and duck ssäm large format meals.

KO

EAST VILLAGE

Momofuku Ko by Executive Chef Sean Gray serves a multi-course tasting menu in its main dining room for lunch and dinner, where reservations are required. Ko is guided by the Japanese kaiseki tradition as well as seasonality, the innovation of our mentors and peers, food memories, and the breadth of cuisine available in the melting pot of New York City. Ko has two Michelin stars which is has maintained since 2009.

Ko Bar, which opened in 2018, serves a constantly-evolving selection of a la carte dishes. Seating at the bar is on a first-come, first-served basis.

NISHI

CHELSEA

Nishi, led by Executive Chef Nick Tamburo, opened in 2016 and creates Italian-inspired dishes using unexpected techniques and ingredients. In addition to a la carte pasta and meat & fish offerings, the menu also features a house-made pasta tasting.

Nishi is accepts reservations and walk-ins for lunch, brunch, and dinner.

KĀWI

HUDSON YARDS

Kāwi is Momofuku’s newest New York restaurant, led by Executive Chef Eunjo “Jo” Park. The menu is a reflection of Chef Jo’s fine-dining background, her time cooking in Korea, and her work with Momofuku Chef & Founder David Chang.

Kāwi accepts reservations and walk-ins for lunch and dinner.

PEACH MART

HUDSON YARDS

A new takeaway shop from Momofuku, located in the Shops and Restaurants at Hudson Yards. Peach Mart sells an assortment of snacks, drinks, kimbap, sandwiches, and more. Peach Mart also offers to-go catering packages.

BĀNG BAR

COLUMBUS CIRCLE

Bāng Bar is a to-go restaurant from Momofuku built around our bāng flatbread and vertical spit. Bāng Bar serves a rotating selection of roasted meats, bowls, and dips, all served with flatbread.

Bāng Bar is open for breakfast and lunch and is located in the Shops at Columbus Circle.
