INTRO

Since our restaurants temporarily closed in March due to COVID-19, our teams have been working to rethink how we approach dining and hospitality and developing enhanced health and safety procedures. 

Our goal is to not only implement these procedures into our restaurants to keep our teams and guests safe, but also to make them available and accessible to anyone who might find them useful for their own businesses. While these standard operating procedures will always need to be adapted to each individual restaurant, we hope that they will serve as a good jumping off point for anyone looking to create a handbook of their own.

Our handbook and related procedures are live documents, meaning we’ll continue to update them as new regulations and guidelines develop. We are also currently translating our entire handbook and procedures to Spanish and will share them here as soon as possible.
