má pêche is momofuku’s only restaurant that doesn’t require a subway ride to get to if you’re coming from the moma, the theater district, central park, or work: it’s in midtown.
the restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. má pêche also has a variety of menu options for quick business lunches, lunch to go, post-work drinks, pre-theater meals, group dinners and private parties.
paul carmichael, a barbados native who joined momofuku after working at wd~50, is the chef, and he oversees (personally, on most nights) the kappō set meal served at the bar in the dining room. má pêche’s large format meal is chicken/lamb and rice, and is available for parties of 4 – 12 people.
