MOMOFUKU TRAINING CAMP
the momofuku training camp is an eight-week paid culinary internship program. interns rotate through each of momofuku’s four new york restaurants: noodle bar, ssäm bar, má pêche and ko. the internship is designed to give individuals an in-depth understanding of working for momofuku while building culinary skills. successful interns will be considered for job opportunities as they become available.
through a combination of shadowing, hands-on training, and observation, members of the training camp gain real-world experience and develop/improve upon their integrity, culinary skills, discipline, dedication, vision and drive to constantly improve upon status quo. ideal candidates will have prior experience cooking in a professional kitchen. individuals at any stage of their career are encouraged to apply.
