the office internship is a paid, 14-week position in the headquarter offices of momofuku, known as papercut. the program provides an overview of what it takes to operate a restaurant group. interns rotate through each papercut team: operations, finance, human resources, and public relations & events, learning the functions of that group, working on special projects and assisting with day-to-day tasks.
internships are available for the spring, summer or fall. ideal candidates are rising seniors or recent graduates with experience working in a business setting or in restaurants. we are no longer accepting spring internship applications. however, you are welcome to apply for the summer internship. we will review applications on a rolling basis.
